The H-Frame Press is a machine powered by high pressure fluid and used for working of materials by pressure. The Hydraulic press depends on Pascal’s principle - “The pressure throughout a closed system is constant”. The force is developed by a piston of a working cylinder to which fluid (water or oil) under high pressure is admitted. The piston in turn is connected to the working tool.
The Hydraulic press maybe driven by a pump or a pump accumulator station with steam, air, hydraulic or electromechanical actuation. Our following hydraulic press is having three basic operation.
• Feeding
• Pressing
• Ejection
Feeding unit:The Feeding unit having two feed cylinders and a roller conveyor to feed the mould to the center pressing area of the press.
Pressing unit:The Pressing unit having a massive 400T cylinder mounted at the top plate of the press guided with linear guide system does the job by compressing the mould with suitable temperature for specified time.
Ejection unit:The Ejection unit having an ejection cylinder mounted below the bed plate of the press ejects the job. Thus the cycle continues and the machine manufactures the components with ease.

This machine is specially designed formoulding application. It moulds the component with the massive load of 400T.
